At Expert Auto Body, our goal is to provide exceptional service, quality craftsmanship, and complete customer satisfaction. Because auto body repair involves specialized labor, materials, and custom work, our refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring the highest standards of service.

Services & Labor

Due to the nature of collision repair and automotive services, all labor and completed services are non-refundable once work has begun or has been completed. Each repair requires dedicated time, skilled technicians, and materials that cannot be reversed once applied.

However, we stand firmly behind the quality of our work through our Lifetime Warranty and Guarantee.

Lifetime Warranty & Guarantee 

We guarantee all workmanship performed by our company. We certify that the structural restoration of your vehicle is completed according to vehicle manufacturer specifications.

This Lifetime Warranty covers the parts, materials, and labor used in the repair process. We use only the finest materials, products, techniques, and craftsmanship to ensure the best possible results.

Our commitment is simple: if a concern arises that is related to our workmanship, we will address it—because your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities.

 

Please note: The Lifetime Warranty applies only to repairs performed by Expert Auto Body and remains valid for as long as you own the vehicle.

Parts & Materials

  • Installed parts are non-refundable once installed.

  • Special-order parts are non-refundable.

  • Unused and unopened parts may be eligible for a refund or shop credit at management’s discretion and subject to supplier return policies.

Deposits

Some services—such as restorations, custom fabrication, or specialty repairs—may require a deposit.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has started or parts have been ordered.

  • If a job is canceled before work begins and no parts have been ordered, a deposit refund may be considered at management’s discretion.

Insurance-Related Repairs

For insurance claims, all payments and adjustments are governed by the insurance provider’s policies. Any refund requests involving insurance payments must be coordinated directly with the insurance company and our office.

Warranty Claims vs. Refunds

Rather than issuing refunds for workmanship-related concerns, Expert Auto Body resolves eligible issues through our Lifetime Warranty Guarantee. If you believe a repair concern is related to our work, please contact us immediately so we can inspect and correct the issue at no additional cost.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or notice a billing error, please notify us right away. Verified errors will be corrected promptly, including issuing refunds when appropriate.
